These terms govern your use of cloudtar.com. Services we deliver under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement, not by this page — where the two differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Using this site

You may read, reference, and share the content on this site. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure, or use the site to distribute malicious content.

Information, not advice

Everything published here — including articles under Insights — is general information about cloud security practice. It is not security, legal, or compliance advice for your specific circumstances, and acting on it without assessing your own environment is at your own risk. Security is context-dependent; guidance that is correct for one architecture can be actively wrong for another.

Engagements

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to contract. Service descriptions, timelines, and deliverables shown here are indicative. Actual scope, pricing, service levels, and responsibilities are set out in a written statement of work signed by both parties before any work begins.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site are owned by CLOUDTAR TECHNOLOGIES INC.. You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, or present our material as your own.

Third-party links

Where we link to external resources, we do so because we found them useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice. Service levels for engagements are defined in the relevant agreement, not here.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CLOUDTAR TECHNOLOGIES INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
